L.V.V.A. Membership Application Form

This application is a simple two-step process.

  1. The first step is to enter the information about yourself and your business, and specify the words that will appear on the web site and the brochure, and click the Submit button. Your business profile will be logged into our membership database, and an email notification will be sent to the president of the Long Valley Village Association. All businesses and organizations in Long Valley and Washington Township (Morris County) are eligible to join.
  2. The second step is payment. Annual membership is $200; non-profit membership is $100. After you provide your business profile information on this form and click the Submit button, the Payment Processing page will appear, where you can pay by check, credit card or PayPal account.
