Garden Club Rewards ‘Random Acts of Beauty’
August 2010 – The Garden Club of Long Valley recently presented two ‘Random Acts of Beauty’ awards to residents of Washington Township. ‘Random Acts of Beauty’ awards are presented to encourage pride in flower gardening, as well as civic pride in the community. The award is given to residents or organizations who have colorful and attractive flowers in their front or side yard, that are visible to the public.
The awards were presented to Somerset Hills Bank and the Galley Family, both on Schooley’s Mtn. Road.
